Vacation Suite Terms and Policies
Bookings and Rates
A three-night minimum stay is required. Reduced rates are available for seven or more nights.
Rates are based on double occupancy and are subject to 11% tax (5% federal and 6% provincial).
Once we receive your credit card information we will send a confirmation email. Please read this information carefully. Reservations will not be considered secure without this information.
Credit cards will be charged for the full amount of the booking 7 days prior to your confirmed arrival.
Payment may be made with Visa, MasterCard, or Discover (or by cheque if it arrives beforehand).
Our small size and remote location means cancellations affect us significantly.
Cancellation or change of dates may be made without penalty 8 days or more prior to your confirmed arrival.
If any cancellation or change is made within 7 days or less of your confirmed arrival date, 75% of the total reservation price will be non-refundable.
After check-in, a shortened stay will remain charged in full as per the original reservation. You are always welcome to send a friend or family member in your place.
Notice of cancellation must be communicated in writing and within the aforementioned, specified and applicable time periods.
We realize that cancellations are often beyond your personal control. For this reason we recommend purchasing travel insurance for peace of mind.

All vacation suites are priced to accommodate up to two persons.
Additional guests will be charged $15 per night per person.
Double-sized sofa beds are available in each suite.
Children under 6 years stay for free.
Well-behaved dogs weighing less than 40 pounds are welcome in suites designated as pet friendly.
We ask that owners supply their own pet bedding / towels and keep pets off of furniture and beds.
We ask that owners not leave their pets unattended in the suites.
In the interests of other guests, the local wildlife and your pet’s safety, please keep your dogs on a leash while on the property.
Owners are also expected to pick up after their pets.
A one-time $30 cleaning fee will be applied for each pet.
Check-in and Check-out Times
Check-out time is 11:00 am (unless alternate arrangements have been made).
Check-in starts at 4:00 pm.
If you arrive before 4:00 pm you are welcome to enjoy the property but we cannot guarantee access to your suite.
We are a Smoke-Free Property
The Crossing is a 100% non-smoking property. A $100 cleaning surcharge will be charged to any suite where guests have smoked without regard of this policy.
While accidents do happen, guests will be held financially responsible for damage due to gross negligence.
