COVID-19 Practices

We follow cleaning practices recommended by Canadian and international agencies. We also ensure that there is a buffer of at least 24 hours between guest departure and the next guest arrival. Each member of our housekeeping staff is “Clean It Right” certified.

All linen and fabric items have been washed and ironed on the highest possible setting. Unfortunately, this has meant the removal of all items that cannot be safely disinfected from the suite, including condiments such as salt, pepper and sugar, coffee and tea, and soft furnishings. We sincerely hope that there will be some relief from the pandemic soon and our suites can be restocked with pantry items as well as local books and information kits.
